My Somatic Coaching Approach
 
In my private coaching and mentoring sessions, I use somatic and expressive arts approaches to access exploration in ways that are outside the medical model which requires diagnoses and treatment plans. Together, we can use inquiry/personal discovery towards more ease and presence that can guide you in the realizations of your goals and find better solutions for yourself.
Areas of focus include:
- creative blocks
- performance anxiety/stage fright
- identifying what flow is
- lifting a low mood
- cultivating self-awareness, resilience and equanimity 
 
Sessions may include tracking breath, sensations and movement to access present moment awareness or felt sense,
guided meditation, breath practices, and expressive arts. 

Coaching sessions can be done in person or online, depending on the client's preference and location.
