My Therapy Approach
You have been doing your best with the tools you've got and yet continue to experience suffering. Do you feel confused, saddened as if you are missing an essential part of yourself? What is it you could possibly change? Come in, we can explore that together!

My approaches in psychotherapy are informed by various theoretical orientations. They are rooted in attachment and relational neuroscience, developmental, sociocultural, experiential and somatic principles and practices. I use somatic approaches that include the body as a processing and healing catalyzer. This means therapy sessions extend beyond the verbal narrative and use non-verbal cues like breath, sensation and movement to facilitate access to what is happening for you in the present moment. Thus, mind, body, heart and spirit work together toward supporting your work so you can reach a state of harmony.
I help clients work through a wide range of issues, such as:
-
Anxiety,
-
Depression,
-
Trauma,
-
Disrupted attachment patterns that result in relational difficulties,
-
Grief and loss,
-
Spirituality, ritual and existential concerns,
-
Shame and guilt,
-
Stress,
-
Social identities,
-
Difficulties in living with chronic health conditions.
I believe that everyone has it within themselves to orient towards health. I believe in you, your skills and strengths and I trust that you have what it takes to pursue your healing journey! I look forward to guiding and witnessing you and your process as you re-write your story to create change and choice!
You are welcome to reach out for a free 20-minutes consultation in which you may ask me your questions and we can explore if working together in psychotherapy is a good fit.

I speak English and Romanian.
