A Mind‑Body Relational Approach
My psychotherapy approach is rooted in attachment and relational neuroscience, developmental and sociocultural perspectives, experiential work, and somatic principles. Somatic therapy recognizes that the body holds experiences of stress and trauma, not just the mind. By attending to breath, sensation, movement, and present‑moment experience, we build ways to access awareness into your experience, beyond words alone. The body is the place to process, release and transform, supporting your journey towards integration and choice.

Starting the Journey Together
Therapy is a collaborative process. Sometimes, it’s not clear at the start what changes are needed or what questions need answering — and that’s okay. In our work together, we’ll uncover patterns, gain insight, and find clarity in your thoughts, feelings, and choices. I offer a free 20‑minute consultation to introduce this process and answer any questions. I speak both English and Romanian and would be honored to support you on this journey.
